Two of the associates succeeded in their escape, while the petitioner has been apprehended along with a motorcycle which is said to be stolen article.

The petitioner is under custody since 13.11.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Consequent thereupon, petitioner Md. Habil is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
