Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the field side. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Allegation is that the recovered liquor was of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2020.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner in this case and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16068 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 connection with G.R.No.826 of 2020 arising out of Navinagar Police Station Case No.194 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
