The petitioners seek regular bail in a case under section 307, 384, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he was in cultivating possession of land of Khata no. 95, R.S. Plot No. 3730 and Khata No. 150, R.S. Plot No. 3308, total area 85 decimals but the accused persons having armed with different weapons came and made indiscriminate firing naming the informant and forcibly harvested the crops causing loss of Rs.5000/-. It is submitted that no body was injured. There is

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner no. 6 disclosed that two criminal cases are pending against him but, in fact, 12 criminal cases are pending against him. He was king pin.

Considering the fact that the occurrence took place due to land dispute and no body was injured in the firing allegedly made by the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S.
