Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.11.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
