Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of Arms Act.

A country made pistol and live cartridges were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2020.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16057 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Samastipur (Town) Police Station Case No.195 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
