JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 02.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 26(1B)a and 26(1) of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one robbed police rifle along with a magazine containing four cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never been made accused in any case lodged for robbing of the police rifle. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26595 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014.
