2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 96/2023 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 lodged on 27.05.2023 by the informant Nawin Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was returning home on motorcycle after attending the marriage, as he crossed the accused persons and the light was flashed on their faces, was abused and then allegation against this petitioner is of giving 'knife' blow in the stomach causing injury. The other accused persons also assaulted and took away a chain. He was unconscious and later found himself in the Primary Health Centre, Maken and then shifted to PMCH

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to convince the Court that it was single blow, the reasons assigned is not reasonable as also that he do not have criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that he appeared before the Sessions Court which has been observed by the learned Sessions Judge also and the injuries were found to be on the stomach and the left hand.

6. The petitioner is well advised to take recourse to bail considering the allegation that has come against him.

7. No case of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 6093 of 2024 stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/- U T
