JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 This criminal writ application has been filed for a direction to fair and impartial investigation of Dehri Town P.S. Case No.473 of 2014. The petitioner is neither informant of that case nor an accused in that case.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a social worker and public spirited person. Therefore, he wants fair investigation of this case as public money is involved in the case.
In the counter affidavit State-respondents have stated that the investigation of the aforesaid case is already complete. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Five of the accused persons are already on regular bail. One died and one is still
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.480 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 absconding.
In my view, the petitioner has no locus to file this criminal writ application. The petitioner may file appropriate application under the appropriate jurisdiction, if needed. Hence, this writ application stands dismissed as not maintainable. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
