The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 637 of 2019 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 491 of 2018, registered under Sections 394 and 320 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that on the basis of fardbeyan of informant, Vikash Kumar, Garkha P.S. Case No. 491 of 2018 was instituted on 10.11.2018 against unknown. In course of investigation, the police apprehended the petitioner mere on suspicion and got recorded his confessional statement shown his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is accused in two cases as detailed in paragraph 3. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 and on investigation the police has already submitted the charge sheet.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9510 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 637 of 2019 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 491 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Saran at Chapra.
