The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant widow of the deceased named two persons and alleged that all the 15 accused persons made indiscriminate firing causing death of her husband on the spot. It is submitted that only one firearm injury was found on the head of the deceased and another injury is wound of exit. One lacerated wound was found on left elbow joint. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sanjiv Singh and Pritam Singh have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

No.28935 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Bihpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015.
