JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State Examination Board. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been filed for correction in the record of the School Examination Board so far as the name and date of birth of the petitioner is concerned. He further submits that same issue was decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 18660 of 2018 vide order dated 18.09.2018 although that

Patna High Court CWJC No.3491 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 was the examination of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test, 2017 whereas the present case relates to 2013. The relevant part of the order is quoted below:- "Be that as it may, considering the nature of correction, which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to allow corrections as being sought on behalf of the petitioner, on the basis of the entries made in his matriculation certificate, which has also been issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, and issue a fresh result card accordingly. If the petitioner approaches the Bihar School Examination Board, within two weeks from today, the Bihar School Examination Board shall complete the entire exercise within a period of four weeks thereafter."

This application stands disposed of."
