1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 510 / 2024 dated 01.08.2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the F.I.R. on 18.06.2024 at 11:30 a.m. the petitioner alongwith the F.I.R. named accused persons reached at the readymade garments shop of the informant- Kundan Kumar and started abusing and assaulting his brother Aman asking to vacate the shop immediately. Upon protest, the petitioner - Satya Prakash Arya threw a brick piece on the forehead of informant due to which he sustained head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He submits that no such occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. ever
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8641 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 took place and the informant has lodged the present case only with a view to save his skin from the counter case lodged by the petitioner bearing Maner P.S. Case No. 394 / 2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the fact that there is landlord tenant dispute between the parties, the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Arbaz Ansari, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 510 of 2024 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. 2023.
