The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather his name has surfaced in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion, no cogent material has come during course of investigation against the petitioner. The petitioner, who is a student, may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.3929 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
