Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.04.2015 on the accusation that 190 gm. ganja was recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as seized quantity of ganja, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S.
