The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that from the statement of co-accused in the first information report, it is apparent that petitioner was not present on the spot, as contained in paragraph-6 of the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
