The allegation against the petitioner is that he shot fire causing fire-arm injury to the deceased as a result of which, the deceased sustained fire-arm injury and died.
Considering the nature of allegation as well as materials, available in the case diary, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) stands rejected.
It appears that case of the petitioner is still pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26584 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 (Rohtas) and, therefore; the concerned court must commit the case of the petitioner to the court of Sessions within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, if, the same has not been committed to the court of Sessions, as yet and if, the case has already been committed to the court of Sessions, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
