Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

During a cultural programme, the petitioner and coaccused Rahul Kumar allegedly fired. However, no injury was caused to anyone. Petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2018. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges or on completion of three months of custody from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 4278 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andhramath Police Station Case No. 169 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
