No. 07/2019, filed for substitution of heirs of deceased respondent no.1, stood dismissed and consequently this appeal will be abated as against heirs of deceased respondent no. 1.

Considering the same, the present appeal stands dismissed, in absence of heirs of deceased respondent no. 1, as a whole.
