JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 After considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed off with direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Newada to dispose off the Case bearing No. 359(M)/2018 said to have been initiated under Section 6(A) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from Annexure '3' to the writ application it would appear the aforesaid case was initiated as back as in the year 2017 but till date it is pending consideration.

No one appears on behalf of the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2065 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nawada to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose off the case bearing No. 359(M)/2018 after giving appropriate opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
