====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2024 Even though the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued at length, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire outstanding dues to the Bank and direction may be given to the Bank to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the Bank with the above proposal within a period of ten days from today. On

Patna High Court CWJC No.1293 of 2023(3) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 such representation being made, the Bank shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
