2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 19.10.2022 passed by learned court below in connection with A.B.P. No.388 of 2022, CIS No.388 of 2022 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.152 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the learned trial court for early disposal of the case.
