This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against opposite parties, specially opposite party no. 9,

Patna High Court MJC No.1804 of 2017 dt.10-04-2019 2/2 District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur for willful non-compliance of the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5802 of 2015.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 9 wherein it has been stated that in compliance of the order of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has already been considered in the light of the rules/circulars/guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time and the same has already been disposed of by sending the sanction to the Accountant General, Bihar Patna and a copy of the same has also been forwarded to the petitioner vide Memo No. 232 dated 10.03.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner concedes that the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of.

As the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, no case for initiation of contempt proceeding is made out. The application is dismissed.
