2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 24.03.2023 by the informant, Amit Pandey.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 23.03.2023, when he was going to his college, this petitioner along with associate started following him and later after surrounding him, the petitioner gave several knife blows on his head. This followed the F.I.R.

4. Though learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7425 of 2024(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 impress upon this Court that the allegation has been exaggerated, learned APP submits that he is the main accused having given several knife blow to the informant on his head which is the most vital part of the body.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report was not part of the record, learned APP pointed out that the Injury Report of the Sadar Hospital, Motihari, East Champaran is part of the case diary and the injuries have been found on the person of the injured including near eyes.

6. Considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can be granted.

7. In that background, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
