JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2025 It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the Investigating Officer of this case is not considering the caste status of the informant that he is now no more under scheduled castes community being "TantiTantwa" in view of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court as available through Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Vichar Manch, Bihar, Patna vs. State of Bihar and Ors [AIR 2024 SCC 3531]. It is also submitted as present quashing petition is pending before this Court, therefore, the Investigating Officer of this case is not proceeding with investigation in view of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Vichar Manch case (supra).

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Investigating Officer of this case is directed to investigate this case in view of legal position, as discussed aforesaid.
