JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Golu Kumar @ Golu shot fire from his pistol on Ashok Kumar Yadav causing his death.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation and the informant who claimed to be eye witness has not whispered in course of investigation about the petitioner's involvement in the case rather villagers have

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
