Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 29.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29317/ 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 28.10.2021 but till date no prosecution witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
