The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 12.10.2012, 306 domestic gas cylinders were loaded on a truck at Gidha Bottling Plant, Bhojpur but the truck could not reach to the godown of the dealer at Patna but the alleged truck was found parked near a beer bar. The petitioner also alleged to have made confession on 13.04.2014. Subsequently 62 cylinders were recovered from a pick-up van which belongs to Sulabh Indane Seva which is a domestic gas dealer at Phulwarisharif. The

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
