The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner committed murder of his wife, who was daughter of the informant. Murder was committed for the reason that the informant advanced Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner for the treatment of the son of the petitioner and on demand, though the petitioner refunded the money, however, was annoyed and for that reason he committed murder of his wife.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the

Considering the entire material aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.668 of 2018, arising out of Katra P.S. Case No.141 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
