JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 29/09/2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43389/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed in this case but till date out of nine charge sheet witnesses only four witnesses have been examined and petitioner is in custody since 29/07/2019. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
