By order dated 29.01.2019 the petitioner was granted bail. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that at the top of the cause title of the order dated 29.01.2019 instead of District-Patna, District-Saran was wrongly typed. Learned counsel prays for necessary modification.

Accordingly, the order dated 29.01.2019 may be read with the modification at the top of the cause title that the instant case has arisen out of Khagaul PS Case No. 319 of 2018, District-Patna.

The order dated 29.01.2019 is modified to the above extent.

Here the Court is hastened to add that the concerned
