2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376-D, 341, 342 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and another person gang raped the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2023. In the trial, five witnesses have been examined.

4. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, this application is dismissed.
