JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and nine others are named in the first information report. The informant claims that when having sustained firearm injury he woke up, he noticed all the F.I.R. named accused standing near him. The informant has nowhere stated that it was petitioner, who opened fire on him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 30.11.2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
