Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61446 of 2019. Petitioners are in custody since 18.10.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12226 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019.
