This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parsa P.S. Case No.199 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 376-AB of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is deaf and dumb and the medical report does not support the allegation.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was
