1. This writ application has been filed for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to take necessary action for measurement in view of the letter no. 300 dated 07.02.2020 issued by the Sub-Division Officer, Sadar, Motihari.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard petitioner has already filed a representation dated 11.02.2020 vide Annexure-P/7 to this writ application which is pending before the Circle Officer, Sadar, Motihari (respondent no. 4).

3. Considering the nature of prayer, this application application is disposed of with a direction to Circle Officer, Sadar, Motihari (respondent no. 4) to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7404 of 2021(3) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 representation dated 11.02.2020 filed by the petitioner after hearing all the parties in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
