Petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner was given Rs. 2,77,630/- as Diesel subsidy but the receipt for such distribution of subsidy was not submitted.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner tried to submit the said receipt, but it was not accepted by the Block Development Officer and the petitioner is still ready to submit the receipt. Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded and statement has been made in para-3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26543 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013.
