In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case from both sides. Against the petitioner there is a direct allegation to have caused injury on the head of the victim by spade. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the injury report and submitted that the injury is simple in nature and so much so that they have entered into a compromise.

In view of the direct allegation against the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18353 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Sudhir Sada @ Sudhir Kumar Roushan is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after a period of nine months of his judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
