Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.2.2015 but up till now, Investigating officer could not succeed to organize test identification parade of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pranav Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dehri District Rohtas/concerned court in Akorigola P.S. Case no. 24/2014.
