The petitioners seek bail in Brahmpur (Krishna Brahma) P.S. Case No. 608 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, a vehicle dashed against the wall of the informant causing damage as a result of which scuffle took place between the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons including petitioners upon the deceased Munna Prasad. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5763 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Krishna Bramha) P.S. Case No. 608 of 2020.
