Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/ 342/ 307/ 504/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
On the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant was returning to his home, in the meanwhile the accused persons surrounded him and tried to kill him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner Dhupa Mahto is only alleged to be order giver. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7478 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 and no overt act is alleged against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.
