One country made masket along with 12 live cartridges are said to have been recovered beneath the bed of the petitioner but petitioner is in jail custody since 22.01.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivekanand Prasad, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P.S.
