One country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 30-01-2016. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
