2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 308 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act to which later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 16.05.2023 and 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6928 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 9933 of 2024 respectively.

4. The petitioner is accused of looting mobile phone of the informant and firing. He is accused in nine more criminal cases. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2022.

5. No ground for review is made out as the trial is going on.
