JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P. S. Case No.501 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 504, 354/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 has dashed the informant on the ground and tried to misbehave with her and petitioner no.2 is also named in the F.I.R.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are next door neighbour. No such, occurrence took place and there is case and counter case between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4083 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P. S. Case No.501 of 2018.
