Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case and there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and nothing specific overt act against the petitioners, the

No.7056 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P.S.
