In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 627 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, some unknown persons at the point of pistol snatched a bag containing Rs. 6,64,600/- from an employee of the informant who was going to deposit that money in the Bank. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing was recovered from his possession. His name has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Singh @ Vikky who has been granted bail in Cr. Misc No. 53435 of 2019. The petitioner is under custody since

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and especially the fact that other co-accused on similar footing has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Shobhana Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 627 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
