====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 11.7.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 32029 of 2018 by which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order but due to his illness, he could not surrender within stipulated period and, hence, prays that time be extended for further six weeks to surrender in the Court below.

Considering the same, further six weeks time is granted from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to the Petitioner to surrender before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 in terms of the order dated 11.7.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2491 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc.32029 of 2018.

This Modification application stands allowed. It is made clear that if petitioner is not surrendered within aforesaid period, no further extension of time will be granted.
