2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.119 of 2023 lodged under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation of dowry and the petitioner is husband of the deceased and case has been lodged under section 304B of the I.P.C.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged due to misguidance by the unknown enemy of the petitioner.

5. Counsel submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and charge has already been framed and evidence has started. He further submits that evidence of PW-1 and PW-2 i.e., mother and father of the deceased took place and they become hostile and completely denied the allegation made in the F.I.R.

6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2023 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.119 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
