JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of realizing extortion of `25,000/- in the name of donation and issuing receipt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that receipt was issued with the signature of the petitioner. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal

Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
