Petitioner is in custody since 18-01-2016 in a case registered under Sections-328, 379, 307, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner after one day of the alleged occurrence, when he found the petitioner admitted in the said hospital.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S.
